Title
An ordinance to rescind Ordinance No. 11-3-4 an Agreement between Tauzin Consultants, LLC and St. Charles Parish for government affairs representation before the Federal Government.
Body
WHEREAS, due to the economic downturn of the Country; and,
WHEREAS, due to the economic forecast for the coming year it is in the best interest of St. Charles Parish to funnel these funds into Parish Wide projects; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the St. Charles Parish Council to rescind Ordinance No. 11-3-4.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 11-3-4 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION II. That the Agreement signed between Tauzin Consultants, LLC and St. Charles Parish beginning April 1, 2011 and expiring on March 31, 2013 is hereby rescinded effective November 1, 2011, due to economic constraints.
