Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Joe A. Christian, III, 733 Marino Drive, Norco, La. is for - "Petrotechs of LA, Inc." - a service station service business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Joe A. Christian, III a home occupation permit for a service station service business.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2008, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
