Title

An ordinance of the Parish of St. Charles providing that the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles be amended by deleting designated smoking areas Section 13, Article IX, Clean Indoor Air, Exhibit "A".

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1:      That Article IX, Clean Indoor Air, Section 13.657 be amended by deleting the following sections:

                              EXHIBIT "A"

            DELETE

            Waterworks District No. 1:

                General Office Room

            Waterworks District No. 2:

                Kitchen and Restrooms

                        Sewerage Department:

                West Bank Facility - Kitchen

                Norco Facility - Upstairs Office (Lab)

            Public Works Department:

               West Maintenance Yard Facilities - Kitchen

                East Maintenance Yard Facilities - Shop Area

                East Bank Annex - Kitchen and Lobby
