RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Luis A. Martinez to the St. Charles Parish Coastal Zone Advisory Committee as Member 5.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COASTAL ZONE ADVISORY COMMITTEE; due to the passing of Arthur W. Carlson, Jr.; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Luis A. Martinez 106 General Taylor Dr. Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COASTAL ZONE ADVISORY COMMITTEE as Member 5 for a term of FOUR (4) years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective SEPTEMBER 23, 2025 and shall expire SEPTEMBER 23, 2029.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective immediately upon adoption.
