RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Fred Martinez to the St. Charles Parish Communications District.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT ; and,
WHEREAS, The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Fred Martinez, P. O. Box 87, Luling, LA 70070 be appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of AUGUST 19, 2002 and terminate AUGUST 19, 2006.

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
