Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Zelda C. Lewis - "A+ Renovations and Construction, LLC" - restoration of residential homes at 120 Oak Manor Lane, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Zelda C. Lewis would require Louisiana State licensing for restoration of residential homes.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Zelda C. Lewis, 120 Oak Manor Lane, St. Rose, La. is for - "A+ Renovations and Construction, LLC" - restoration of residential homes is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Zelda C. Lewis a home occupation permit for restoration of residential homes.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
