Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. Two (2) - Final for Parish Project No. P000310, Dunleith Canal Channel Crossing, to balance contractual quantities with actual job quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-8-14, adopted August 20, 2001, by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P000310, Dunleith Canal Channel Crossing, to D & O Constructors, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the project was completed by the D & O Constructors, Inc. twenty-nine (29) days ahead of the original completion date and $8,205.84 under the revised contract price of $378,741.00, as per Change Order No. 1
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. Two (2) - Final to the contract for the Dunleith Canal Channel Crossing to reduce contract time by twenty-nine (29) days and offer a $8,205.84 credit to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
