Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Michael Guillot to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing Emergency Medical Services as requested by the Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of St. Charles.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; due to Chief Sergio Morales ceasing to be an active member of the agency represented on April 8, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Michael Guillot 18 Trepagnier Drive, Destrehan, Louisiana 70047 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2022.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
