Title

An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 00-6-16 between GSE Associates, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for an Amendment to the Contract for Engineering Services for Parish Project P000303, Parishwide Telemetry, Phase II.

Body

WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 00-6-16 adopted June 19^th, 2000, by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the execution of a contract for engineering services with GSE Associates, Inc. for Parish Project 000303, Parishwide Telemetry, Phase II; and,

WHEREAS,      that the Conceptual and Preliminary Engineering Design Report determined that the required design was much more complex and detailed in scope then previously envisioned requiring an Amendment to change the Basic Engineering Fees from Curve B to Curve A.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance 00-6-16 between GSE Associates, Inc. and St. Charles Parish for an Amendment to the contract for Parish Project P000303, Parishwide Telemetry, Phase II.
