Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Toni Y. Maggio for - "Total Balance" - a massage therapy business at 393 Longview Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Toni Y. Maggio would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Toni Y. Maggio, 393 Longview Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "Total Balance" - a massage therapy business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Toni Y. Maggio a home occupation permit for a massage therapy business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2003, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
