RESOLUTION NO. 5289
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Reginald R. Gaubert to the St. Charles Parish Communications District.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Reginald R. Gaubert on August 19, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT Mr. Reginald R. Gaubert P.O. Box 207, Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2005 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2009.

And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
