Title
A resolution certifying that St. Charles Parish has complied with the bidding procedures of Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2211, et. seq., for the construction of the Montz Pump Station No. 1 Project (PO-0200).
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish solicited bids for the construction of the Montz Pump Station No. 1 Project (PO-0200), in accordance with the current bid laws of the State of Louisiana, including, but not limited to R.S. 38:2211 et. seq.; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish has submitted to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority the necessary procurement documentation during the implementation of each project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby certify that St. Charles Parish has complied with the bidding procedures of Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2211, et. seq., for the construction of the Montz Pump Station No. 1 Project (PO-0200).
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
