IN   RECOGNITION
WHEREAS,      Courtney LeJeune Strickland is a resident of St. Mary Parish residing in Bayou Vista, Louisiana with her husband Matthew and her three children, Paisley, Kinzlee, and Gage; and,
WHEREAS,      Courtney is the daughter of David and Laura LeJeune and is a 2006 graduate of Berwick High School; and,
WHEREAS,      Courtney enjoys scrap booking, baking, and spending time with her family; and,
WHEREAS,      on June 14, 2014, Courtney was crowned Boutte River Region Lion's Club Ms. Queen II; and,
WHEREAS,      Courtney will spend her reigning year traveling to the many fairs, festivals, and charity events Louisiana has to offer representing the Boutte River Region Lions Club, the Louisiana Eye Foundation, and the Louisiana Crippled Children's Camp.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
