An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Tammy Rome Kaiser - "J.R. Kaiser Construction, LLC" - residential and commercial general contracting at 217 Rue Landry, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Tammy Rome Kaiser would require Louisiana State licensing for residential and commercial general contracting.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Tammy Rome Kaiser, 217 Rue Landry, St. Rose, La. is for - "J.R. Kaiser Construction, LLC" - residential and commercial general contracting is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Tammy Rome Kaiser a home occupation permit for residential and commercial general contracting.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
