Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John Stevens - "C & D Custom Contracting, Inc" - a residential homebuilder at 100 Union Drive, Hahnville, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John Stevens would require Louisiana State licensing for a residential homebuilder.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John Stevens, 100 Union Drive, Hahnville, La. is for - "C & D Custom Contracting, Inc" - a residential homebuilder is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John Stevens a home occupation permit for a residential homebuilder.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2008, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
