Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 for the Renovations to Ormond Field RE-BID Project to add 49 additional days to the contract and work in the amount of $73,616.25.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13-9-11 adopted September 16, 2013 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of the Renovations to Ormond Field RE-BID Project to Dynamic Constructors, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to add additional site, drainage and safety lighting work, to adjust the original contract quantities with current quantities resulting in an increase to the contract amount by $73,616.25 and an additional 49 days due to multiple weather delays.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. 1 for the Renovations to Ormond Field RE-BID Project to add 49 additional days to the contract and work in the amount of $73,616.25 is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish,
