Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the resubdivision of 1.8 Acres East of Lots 16-26 of Dixieland Subdivision (Lot GC-2 of the Lawrence Clement Sr. Tract) and Lots 20 -21 of Dixieland Subdivision into Lots 16A - 26A, Section 6, T12S R7E, Montz, LA with a requested waiver to the hard-surface frontage requirement on Lots 16A -19A and 22A -26A as requested by Joey Digirolamo.
Body
WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council to waive the hard surface requirement for all lots; and,
WHEREAS, The subdivision would create lots Lots 16A-19A and 22A-26A without frontage for limited public sale; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their September 5, 2013 meeting approved PZS-2013-25 and recommended approval of the noted waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Joey Digirolamo to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2013-25 for a resubdivision of 1.8 Acres East of Lots 16-26 of Dixieland Subdivision (Lot GC-2 of the Lawrence Clement Sr. Tract) & Resubdivision of Lots 20 & 21 of Dixieland Subdivision into Lots 16A-26A Section 6, T12S R7E, Montz, LA with a waiver to the required hard-surface frontage on Lots 16A, 17A, 18A, 19A, 22A, 23A, 24A, 25A and 26A.
