Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (FINAL) for Parish Project No. P091101, 5th Street Sidewalk Extension Norco, to balance the contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $36,306.27 and an increase of contract time by six (6) days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13-5-22 adopted May 20, 2013 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No P091101, 5th Street Sidewalk Extension Norco, to HHP Construction Group, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease to the contract amount by $36,306.27 and an increase of contract time by six (6) days.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (FINAL) for Parish Project No. P091101, 5th Street Sidewalk Extension Norco, to decrease the contract amount by $36,306.27 and an increase of contract time by six (6) days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
