Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an agreement with Civil Construction Contractors, Inc. for the West Bank Bridge Park Additions - Fencing and Backstops.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on April 8, 2002, for the West Bank Bridge Park Additions - Fencing and Backstops; and,
WHEREAS, Meyer Engineers, LTD has reviewed the bid and recommends that Civil Construction Contractors, Inc. be awarded the contract; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to award said contract.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Civil Construction Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the West Bank Bridge Park Addition - Fencing and Backstops in the amount of $105,124.00 is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
