RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Edward Magri, Jr. to the New Orleans Aviation Board - Noise Abatement Committee.
Body
WHEREAS: There exists a vacancy on the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Edward Magri, Jr. on December 31, 2007; and,
WHEREAS: It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Edward Magri, Jr. 127 Oak Manor Lane, St. Rose, LA 70087 is hereby appointed to the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 31, 2007 and shall expire DECEMBER 31, 2009.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this 14th _ day of January, 2008, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
