IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Hallie Ann Kinler is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Holly and Michael Kinler; and,
WHEREAS, on February 18, 2018, Hallie was crowned West St. Charles VFW Post 3750 Junior Miss Queen V at the annual pageant held at the VFW Post 3750 Hall in Luling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
