Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Agreement between Tauzin Consultants, LLC and St. Charles Parish for governmental affairs representation.
Body
WHEREAS, Tauzin Consultants has provided direct representation before the Federal Government, including Congress, the Administration and various Federal Agencies, along with representation before various State Government Agencies, for priority projects of St. Charles Parish; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the St. Charles Parish Council to obtain the services of Tauzin Consultants, LLC.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Agreement for services between Tauzin Consultants, LLC. and St. Charles Parish is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
