RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Beverly A. Delaune to the Library Service District Board of Control as the District III Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; due to the resignation of Mr. Steven C. Wilson on July 31, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Beverly A. Delaune 2117 Ormond Blvd., Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL as the District III Representative; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate AUGUST 1, 2019.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2018, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
