Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Deborah Dallon - "Big Mama's Sweet Shop" - a sweet shop at 206 Adams Street, Killona, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Deborah Dallon would require Louisiana State licensing for a sweet shop.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Deborah Dallon, 206 Adams Street, Killona, La is for - "Big Mama's Sweet Shop" - a sweet shop is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Deborah Dallon a home occupation permit for a sweet shop.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
