THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from OL, R-1M, and R-3 to R-1A for portions of Ellington Plantation and Lots 87B through 116B and 94A of the "extension of subdivision of portion of Ellington Plantation along Magnolia Ridge Road," near Boutte, La., as requested by Ridgeland Properties, LLC.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from OL, R-1M, and R-3 to R-1A for portions of Ellington Plantation and Lots 87B through 116B and 94A of the "extension of subdivision of portion of Ellington Plantation along Magnolia Ridge Road," near Boutte, La., as requested by Ridgeland Properties, LLC.
