An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Terry P. Lowe - "Terry Lowe & Company, LLC" - a/c and heating service at 116 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose La.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Terry P. Lowe would require Louisiana State licensing for a/c and heating service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Terry P. Lowe, 116 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Terry Lowe & Company, LLC" - a/c and heating service is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Terry P. Lowe a home occupation permit for a/c and heating service.
