Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Boh Brothers, L.L.C. for the construction of the Fashion Plantation Estates 48" diameter Jack and Bore in the amount of $51,620.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on August 25, 1999, for Fashion Plantation Estates 48" diameter Jack and Bore; and,
WHEREAS, GT and Associates, consulting engineer for the project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Boh Brothers, L.L.C. in the amount of $51,620.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Boh Brothers, L.L.C. for the construction of the Fashion
Plantation Estates 48" diameter Jack and Bore be and hereby accepted in the amount of $51,620.00; and,
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Boh Brothers, L.L.C. for the construction of the Fashion Plantation Estates 48" diameter Jack and Bore in the amount of $51,620.00.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 1999, to become effective five (5) days after this publication in the Official Journal.
