Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Amanda Cameron for - "Now and Then Hair Salon" - a hair salon by appointment only at 213 Bradwall Street, Luling, La.

Body

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Amanda Cameron would require a Louisiana State Cosmetology license.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;

      SECTION I.  That the described home occupation application by Amanda Cameron, 213 Bradwall Street, Luling is for - "Now and Then Hair Salon" - a hair salon by appointment only.

      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Amanda Cameron a home occupation permit for a hair salon by appointment only.
