Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1(Final) for Parish Project No. S070801, In-Channel Perforated Plate Traveling Belt Screen to increase the contract time by 63 calendar days and decrease the contract amount by $24,000.00.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 07-11-6, adopted November 5, 2007, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Andritz Separation, Inc. for furnishing and assisting in installation of an In-Channel Perforated Plate Traveling Belt Screen in the amount of $268,600.00; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in an increase to the contract time by 63 days and a decrease to the contract amount by $24,000.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. S070801, In-Channel Perforated Plate Traveling Belt Screen, to increase contract time by 63 days and to decrease the contract amount by $24,000.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
