An ordinance to approve a resubdivision of Lot 74 of Victoria Acres Subdivision according to a survey plat by Richard Dading, dated November 24, 2014 for resubdivision of remaining Portion of Lot 74 into Lots 74-A, 74-B, and 74-C of Victoria Acres and showing an undevelopable remaining portion from a 1984 act of sale for the extension of Ninth Street, the intersection of Ninth Street and Van's Lane in New Sarpy as requested by Bruce Butler.

WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of PZS-2015-01 with the required waivers for the nonconforming remaining portion of Lot 74 created in a 1984 Act of Sale for the extension of Ninth Street, as requested by Bruce Butler; and,
WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) stipulates that a minor resubdivision requires approval by the Parish Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That PZS-2015-01 requested by Bruce Butler for resubdivision of Lot 74 of Victoria Acres Subdivision into Lots 74-A, 74-B, and 74-C and a remaining portion created by the 1984 Act of Sale for the extension of Ninth Street, New Sarpy as shown on a plat by Richard Dading dated November 11, 2014 is hereby approved with the required waivers from the required 5,000 square foot area for a lot in R-1A(M).
SECTION II. The Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached survey plat by Richard Dading dated November 24, 2014.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ____ day of __ 2015, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
