Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Troy J. Benoit - "Benoit's Siding and Home Improvements" - installations, roofing, carpentry, interior and exterior repairs at 132 Lucky Lane., Des Allemands, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Troy J. Benoit would require Louisiana State licensing for installations, roofing, carpentry, interior and exterior repairs.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.  That the described home occupation application by Troy J. Benoit, 132 Lucky Lane, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Benoit's Siding and Home Improvements" - installations, roofing, carpentry, interior and exterior repairs is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Troy J. Benoit a home occupation permit for installations, roofing, carpentry, interior and exterior repairs.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
