Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Professional Consultant Agreement with Plan Review and Inspection, LLC to provide plan review and building inspection services for the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 07-3-6 on March 19, 2007 to implement the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning & Zoning advertised for statements of qualifications for Plan Review and Inspections; and,
WHEREAS, the proposals received were reviewed by a Technical Committee and the Committee recommended the firm of Plan Review and Inspection, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to accept the Committee recommendation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Consultant Agreement by and between St. Charles Parish and Plan Review and Inspection, LLC is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
