IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Keali Rian Brown is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Des Allemands, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Krissi and Ryan Brown; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on June 27, 2015, Keali was crowned the 33rd Louisiana Catfish Jr. Queen at the annual Louisiana Catfish Festival Pageant held at the Father Mac Community Center at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands.

 

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
