RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Ms. Katina Summers to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District VI Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the resignation of Mr. Bob Fisher on December 20, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Katina Summers 111 Scarlett Lane, Montz, LA 70068 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District VI Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2021.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
