RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to New Orleans River View, L.L.C., EE-20-040-0697, WQC-MB-040203-04 for a permit to grade old sand stockpile area, to construct driveways and parking areas for a recreational vehicle parking area, driveways and parking areas will be constructed of asphalt; landscaping and picnic tables will be installed in the Mississippi River, on the batture, at a point about mile 115.1 on the left descending bank, at St. Rose, Louisiana, in St. Charles Parish.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of New Orleans River View, L.L.C., EE-20-040-0697, WQC-MB-040203-04 for a permit to grade old sand stockpile area, to construct driveways and parking areas for a recreational vehicle parking area, driveways and parking areas will be constructed of asphalt; landscaping and picnic tables will be installed in the Mississippi River, on the batture, at a point about mile 115.1 on the left descending bank, at St. Rose, Louisiana, in St. Charles Parish. SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said New Orleans River View, L.L.C., their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
