A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to endorse the positive recommendation of the Resubdivision of Lot X-1-A, Dixieland Subdivision (Montz) into Lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4, and X-1-A5 with a waiver to the requirement for hard-surface frontage as indicated on the survey plat prepared by Lucien C. Gassen, PLS dated June 25, 2007.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the hard-surface requirement for lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Paul J Hogan wishes to subdivide Lot X-1-A, Dixieland Subdivision (Montz) into Lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4, and X-1-A5 with a waiver to the requirement for hard-surface frontage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for Resubdivision of Lot X-1-A, Dixieland Subdivision (Montz) into Lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4, and X-1-A5 with a waiver to the requirement for hard-surface frontage as indicated on the survey plat prepared by Lucien C. Gassen, PLS dated June 25, 2007.
