Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Shane Breaux - "Breaux Bros. Mechanical LLC" - air conditioning, heating and refrigeration at 293 E. Heather Drive, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Shane Breaux would require Louisiana State licensing for air conditioning, heating and refrigeration.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Shane Breaux, 293 E. Heather Drive, Luling, La. is for - "Breaux Bros. Mechanical LLC" - air conditioning, heating and refrigeration is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Shane Breaux a home occupation permit for air conditioning, heating and refrigeration.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
