An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation for Trevor Paul Macloud for special permission to operate "T-MAC's Plumbing at 9 Oakland Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Trevor Paul Macloud would require Louisiana Contractor's License for operating a plumbing business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Trevor Paul Macloud, 9 Oakland Drive, Destrehan, La., for - "T-MAC's Plumbing" a plumbing business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Trevor Paul Macloud a home occupation permit for a plumbing business.
