RESOLUTION NO.                        

Title

A resolution offering full support of Ordinance No. 82-8-14 enacted on August 16, 1982, approving and authorizing the Parish President to enter into an agreement for a portion of the property of the Heirs of Anatole Friloux for the Ama Park Project.

Body

WHEREAS,      an agreement signed and witnessed on June 2, 1982 was entered into between St. Charles Parish and the Heirs of Anatole Friloux.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby offer full support of Ordinance No. 82-8-14 enacted on August 16, 1982, approving and authorizing the Parish President to enter into an agreement for a portion of the property of the Heirs of Anatole Friloux for the Ama Park Project.
