Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Joseph J. Mato, Jr. - "STARRK Investigations" - a private investigation business at 309 Santa Cruz Court, Luling La.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Joseph J. Mato, Jr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a private investigation business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Joseph J. Mato, Jr., 309 Santa Cruz Court, Luling La. is for - "STARRK Investigations" - a private investigation business is hereby approved.
      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Joseph J. Mato, Jr. a home occupation permit for a private investigation business.
