Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Timothy R. Fast - "All Type Renovations" - a construction / renovation company at 282 Marcia Drive, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Timothy R. Fast would require Louisiana State licensing for a construction / renovation company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Timothy R. Fast, 282 Marcia Drive, Luling, La. is for - "All Type Renovations" - a construction / renovation company is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Timothy R. Fast a home occupation permit for a construction / renovation company.
