Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Contract for Engineering Services with Environmental Engineering Services, Inc. for necessary professional engineering services associated with Parish Project No. S030101 Killona Force Main Extension.
Body
WHEREAS, this project requires professional services for the updating of plans and specifications and potential subsequent construction management to provide the Killona force main with its own entrance into the Hahnville Wastewater Treatment Plan; and;
WHEREAS, this project qualifies for an U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant and requires a professional services contract to be in place for consideration for award.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Engineering Services Contract with Environmental Engineering Services, Inc. for the design of Parish Project S030101 Killona Force Main Extension be hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Engineering Services Contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
