Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1(Final) for Parish Project No. P080701, Bonnet Carre Spillway Parish Road Repairs to increase the contract amount by $55,779.60.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08-8-10, adopted August 29, 2008, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Boh Bros. Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of Bonnet Carre Spillway Parish Road Repairs in the amount of $489,700.00; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in an increase to the contract amount by $$55,779.60.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P080701, Bonnet Carre Spillway Parish Road Repairs, to increase the contract amount by $55,779.60.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
