Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Mark L. Fuselier - "Mark L. Fuselier General Contractor, LLC" - a general contractor at 101 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Mark L. Fuselier would require Louisiana State licensing for a general contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Mark L. Fuselier, 101 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Mark L. Fuselier General Contractor, LLC" - a general contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Mark L. Fuselier a home occupation permit for a general contractor.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
