RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Ms. Lynette Bush to the Library Services District Board of Control.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Regenia Catlett Fortenberry on April 1, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Lynette Bush 126 Bayou Estates Drive, Des Allemands, LA 70030 is hereby appointed to the LIBRARY SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF CONTROL; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective APRIL 1, 2006 and shall expire APRIL 1, 2011.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this _____ day of ___________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
