Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P021005, Lagatutta Estates Pump Station Upgrade, to decrease the contract amount by $22,091.24 and to increase the contract time by 1 calendar day.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-8-16 adopted August 16, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Civil Construction Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the Lagatutta Estates Pump Station Upgrade, Parish Project No. P021005, in the amount of $506,603.82; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $22,091.24 and an increase of 1 calendar day.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P021005, Lagatutta Estates Pump Station Upgrade, to decrease the contract amount by $22,091.24 and to increase the contract time by 1 calendar day.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2005, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
