Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Beverly Construction, MVN 2000-0012-EPP, WQC 990913-05 for a permit to dredge and stockpile sand and limestone for the sole purpose of commercial sales on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, at about 124.7 miles above Head of Passes, off of Highway 18, Hahnville, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Beverly Construction, MVN 2000-0012-EPP, WQC 990913-05 for a permit to dredge and stockpile sand and limestone for the sole purpose of commercial sales on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, at about 124.7 miles above Head of Passes, off of Highway 18, Hahnville, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon Beverly Construction's local Supervisors monitoring the sand/dirt accumulation at the base of the ramp on Highway 18, which creates hazardous conditions for the residents of St. Charles Parish, especially during rainy conditions.
SECTION III. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Beverly Construction, their transferees, and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION IV. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
