Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John White, Sr. - "White & Sons, LLC" - a home renovation business at 403 Sharon Avenue, Boutte La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John White, Sr. would require Louisiana State licensing for a home renovation business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John White, Sr., 403 Sharon Avenue, Boutte, La. is for - "White & Sons, LLC" - a home renovation business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John White, Sr. a home occupation permit for a home renovation business.
