An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 and R-3 to C-3 and R-3 (C-3 district to be extended 636 ft.) at Lot A-1, Square A, Youngs Estate (13935 Hwy. 90), Boutte, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by Emma Rousse.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.  An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981,  to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 and R-3 to C-3 and R-3 (C-3 district to be extended 636 ft.) at Lot A-1, Square A, Youngs Estate (13935 Hwy. 90), Boutte, St. Charles Parish, La, as requested by Emma Rousse.

SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification C-3 and R-3 to C-3 and R-3 (C-3 district to be extended by 636 ft.) at Lot A-1, Square A, Youngs Estate (13935 Hwy. 90), Boutte, St. Charles Parish, La, as requested by Emma Rousse.
