BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Parkway Pipeline, LLC, CUP P20111635 for a permit to construct a 139.3 mile, 16-inch diameter liquid products pipeline originating at Valero Energy Corporation St. Charles Refinery in Norco, Louisiana and terminating at Kinder Morgan pipeline terminal in Collins, Mississippi; Lat 29° 59' 46.48" N/ Long- 90° 23' 52.13" W (Point of Beginning); Lat 30° 23' 15.42" N/ Long - 89° 59' 34.20"W (Point of Ending in Coastal Zone). The project will include the construction of one new pump station at Norco, twenty-five (25) above ground valves, and a metering and receiving facility at Collins.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Parkway Pipeline, LLC, their transferees, and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof and also that the roadway, boat launch, and park near the Lower Guid...
